Who operates this website
Credovo Technologies Limited, DIFC licence number 11722, operates this website and application platform. Questions about cookies or browser storage can be sent to [email protected]. Our registered address is shown on this page.
What cookies and local storage do
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser and sent with relevant website requests. Local storage keeps information in your browser without automatically sending it with every request. Both can help a site remember a session or a preference.
Sign-in and security cookies
Our authentication service uses a session cookie, normally named better-auth.session_token (with a __Secure- prefix on secure deployments), to recognise your signed-in session and protect account access. Sessions are configured for up to seven days and may be renewed while you use the service. Signing out ends the session.
Depending on the authentication flow, a temporary sign-in preference cookie such as better-auth.dont_remember may also be used. Hosting and security services may use cookies to protect against abusive traffic or complete security checks. Their lifetime depends on the check and provider configuration.
These cookies support functionality you request, such as signing in and accessing your application. Blocking them can prevent the platform from working correctly.
Appearance preference
When you choose a dashboard appearance, we store that choice under credovo-appearance in local storage. It remembers your selected theme on that browser and device. The preference has no automatic expiry and remains until you change it or clear the site’s browser data.
Analytics, advertising and external services
The website’s current application code does not include advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts. If we introduce optional tracking that requires consent, it must be offered with an appropriate choice before it is used.
When you open an external service, such as an identity-verification or bank-connection page, that service may use its own cookies and storage. Review its privacy and cookie information. Its settings are not controlled by clearing Credovo’s site data.
Your choices
You can inspect, delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. You can also sign out of Credovo and change your dashboard appearance. Clearing site data may sign you out or reset your preferences, but does not itself delete your account or information held on our systems.
Browser controls vary, so consult your browser’s help for instructions. There is no advertising or analytics consent toggle on this version of the website because the application does not currently include those optional tracking tools.
Updates and questions
We update this page when our use of browser storage changes. The date above identifies the current version. Contact [email protected] if you need help understanding a cookie or storage entry associated with our service.
